I’ve managed GenAI proof-of-concepts and speak at industry conferences on this topic.

I communicate proactively and adjust to your organization’s rhythm. Every environment is different, formal or casual, data-driven or relationship-first. I read the room, adjust quickly, and keep stakeholders informed without overwhelming them.

I navigate politically sensitive situations with discretion. I de-escalate when needed, advocate when it matters, and keep long-term interests front and center. I’ve been doing this for over 20 years, and I don’t need credit or visibility to do it well. I need programs to succeed and relationships to last.

Engagements range from short-term stabilization to multi-month program management. I’m available for contract placements, white label partnerships with consulting firms, or direct project-based work. Whatever structure fits your needs.

About Charity

I’ve spent my career in the space between technology and people. The messy, important middle ground where tools get deployed, teams adapt, data gets organized, and things either work or they don’t.

Over 20+ years, I’ve led enterprise data programs across multiple industries. I’ve managed multi-million dollar portfolios. I’ve built governance frameworks, coached delivery teams through complex implementations, and helped leadership teams make informed decisions about AI investments and readiness.

I’m drawn to work where technology serves people. That’s always been the through line, whether I’m managing an Anaplan implementation, assessing an organization’s readiness for AI, or standing on a conference stage talking about what “getting ready” actually looks like in practice.

I’m based in the Houston, TX area and work remotely with clients and consulting partners across the world.
